Prestige Homme Perfume Oil

At first ‘sniff’ I have to be honest I thought it was ok. I said to myself you can’t win ‘em all. Especially picking these scents online. What I was not prepared for was how beautiful this scent actually is. I learned this at a dinner with friends I hadn’t seen in years. I wore it because it smelled safe and predictable. The dry down and evolution of this scent really is lesson in not judging a scent by how it smells when you first apply it. Any expensive perfume has what I like to call ‘portraits’ that it travels through before it lands on its ‘Raison d’être’. This transforms with the heat of the skin into a warm and inviting scent. Luring you closer to the wearer. Notes such as Leather and Apricot and pink peppercorn. And the gentleness of Patchouli and musk are unexpected discoveries. Truly a wonderful concoction. I received compliments all night to how yummy I smelled. It’s funny that I believe there are some scents that should not be worn when we eat. Strong scents and this perfume, although strong, was not distracting from the wonderful meal and dynamic company I was keeping. Lovely memories made with this one for sure.
