Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
