REFUND AND RETURN POLICY | PERFUME OIL EXPRESSIONS
At Perfume Oil Expressions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are dedicated to providing a smooth and transparent process when it comes to returns and refunds.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, Perfume Oil Expressions does not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days at info@perfumeoilexpressions.com. We may request photos of the product for inspection purposes. We cannot accept returns for used or opened items due to hygiene reasons. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and its condition verified. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when contacting us. We will gladly replace the product with another of equal value, subject to availability.
