How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and a link to the courier’s website.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, fragrance preference, or opened products.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What is perfume oil?
Perfume oils are concentrated, alcohol-free fragrances designed to provide a long-lasting fragrance experience.
Unlike traditional spray perfumes, perfume oils absorb into the skin and develop gradually throughout the day.
What are inspired fragrance oils?
Our fragrance oils are independently created and inspired by popular luxury fragrance profiles.

Perfume oils vs perfume sprays — what’s the difference?
Traditional spray perfumes contain alcohol, which creates a stronger initial projection but evaporates more quickly.
Perfume oils are alcohol-free, absorb into the skin, and provide a softer, longer-lasting fragrance experience.
Are perfume oils longer lasting than perfumes?
Perfume oils are more concentrated than traditional alcohol-based perfumes, meaning they often last longer on the skin with a closer, more intimate scent projection.
How long do perfume oils last?
Perfume oils typically last 6–12+ hours depending on skin chemistry, fragrance type, environment, and application amount.
Are your perfume oils alcohol free?
Yes. All Perfume Oil Expressions perfume oils are alcohol-free and do not contain ethanol or denatured alcohol.
How do I apply perfume oils?
Apply a small amount to pulse points such as wrists, neck, and behind the ears.
A little goes a long way. Avoid rubbing after application to allow the fragrance to develop naturally on the skin.

Can I layer perfume oils?

Why does fragrance smell different on everyone?
Fragrance develops differently depending on skin chemistry, body temperature, environment, and hydration levels.
This is why the same fragrance may smell slightly different from person to person.
How should I store perfume oils?
Store fragrance oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve fragrance quality and longevity.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. All Perfume Oil Expressions products are 100% vegan and cruelty free.
Do your products contain parabens or phthalates?
No. Our perfume oils are free from parabens and phthalates.
Are perfume oils safe for skin?
Our fragrance oils are formulated for cosmetic use and are designed to be applied directly to the skin.
Because perfume oils are highly concentrated, we recommend applying a small amount initially and performing a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin.
Avoid applying to irritated, broken, or freshly shaved skin.
Do perfume oils stain clothes?
Perfume oils may stain delicate fabrics if applied directly. We recommend applying to skin first and allowing the oil to absorb before dressing.
