Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During promotional periods and peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after dispatch.
Australia: Standard 2–6 business days | Express 1–3 business days
New Zealand: 3–8 business days
Asia & Pacific: 5–10 business days
USA & Canada: 6–12 business days
UK & Europe: 6–14 business days
Rest of World: 7–21 business days
International Duties & Taxes
International duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
For selected regions, including the United States, applicable taxes and duties may be calculated and collected at checkout through compliance systems such as Zonos.
For other destinations, import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
