Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During promotional periods and peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after dispatch.

New Zealand: Standard 3–8 business days | Express 2-6 business days

For selected regions, including the United States, applicable taxes and duties may be calculated and collected at checkout.

For other destinations, import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information is emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
