Perfume Oil Expressions Shipping Policy

Perfume Oil Expressions ensures that your orders are delivered at a reasonable amount of time.

Within one day of payment being received, all orders are dispatched, Monday to Friday.

We always advise you to ship your order to a safe and secure location. After the package has been delivered to the location specified by you, we cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages. To ensure safety, a signature on the delivery customer has the option of choosing a signature of delivery on the order. This feature is recommended for the safe delivery of the parcel. An extra charge of $2.95 is levied if you choose this feature.

Please note that any customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided by the customers at checkout. Invoices are sent only on request. If the orders are urgent and the customer requires delivery outside the allocated delivery times, all that they need to do is send us an email at info@perfumeoilexpressoins.com to requesting "urgent" delivery.

Delays in delivery of parcels beyond the delivery times specified by you could be due to a carrier issue. We don’t accept responsibility for carrier issue delays.
All product pricing and payment terms specified on the website are in Australian dollars.

We will deliver our products to customers in Australia and internationally and this is subject to the correct delivery charge being paid.

All delivery times are only estimates and shall not be guaranteed.

The delivery of the goods will depend on the option that was selected at the delivery stage.

We offer a standard delivery service which aims to deliver the goods within 5-7 working days Australia wide, 10-15 working days worldwide, however, no guarantee is made by us. 

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frames; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.

 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the day of first attempted delivery by us.
